Package Sustainably
Place the items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship with Care
Download and print the carbon-offset shipping label provided in the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
